If you have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects in 10+2 then
you can apply for admission in MCA.

If you do not satisfy this eligibility criteria then you won't be able to apply
for any entrance exam conducted for admission in MCA.

Graduates in the arts are eligible for applying for the MCA course if all the criteria are met. It is a must that you should have studied maths in the 1st year of graduation. Also most of the institutes insist that maths should be a subject in 12th standard too. If both these criteria are met you need to prepare for the entrance exam. The syllabus of these exams vary from university to university. Like in Delhi University there will be questions from both Data Interpretation and Maths. In Pune University there will be questions from only Maths. The details of the test will be available in the prospectus.

No you are not eligible to do MCA. But if you have completed your twelth from maths than you can apply for mca
if you want to do from correspondence than you need give some extra exam for maths and computers.if you qualify them than you will be eligible for it.
But from regular college you canot to it.
Now I am telling about ign from where you can do it MCA from correspondence
it is 3years course and per semester fees is RS. 8000per sem.
Means for every one year you have to pay 16000Rupees. And for non mathamatics and non computers you have to some extra paper along MCA papare examination.

If u are 10+2 with maths then u can give the entrance exam for mca and if u are not then its more difficult to take admission in regular colleges means there is no chance for u,but in the ignou university u can take admission with graduation in any stream but u have give the mte and cic exam for this these two are exatra exams for those candidate who are non mathmatics after qualifying these exam u can coplete ur graduation,but the arts students who are nonmathmatics they cannot take admission in regular universities,all the best.

You can give exams of NIOS for maths, after clear this exam you become eligible for M.C.A. .

MCA stands for Masters in Computer Science.
MCA is a three year post graduation course in computer science.
Many Universities are here for MCA,Universities take entrance exam for give admission in MCA.
MCA required candidate must have maths subject in 12th class or in graduation.
So if you are belong from Arts stream but you have maths in arts in 12th class or graduation then you can go for MCA.

Masters of Computer Applications . The duration of the course is for three years and the course is divided into six semester .

The candidate should qualified in three years bachelor degree in BCA , BBA , B.com , B.Tech , B.E from recognized university . The candidate should have mathematics subjects in 12th board Examination or Bachelor degree then only your eligible for MCA course .

So i think you have no mathematics subject in 12th or graduation for your academic so you are not applicable for MCA course.

Yes my dear friend you can do MCA after graduation in Arts Stream BUT there is some necessary criteria which needs to be satisfied.

It is as Under:

--> The Candidate must have studied Mathematics in 12th.
--> The Candidate must also have Studied mathematics in his/her Graduation at least in the First year of his/her Graduation.
--> You need to clear the MCA entrance exam then.


So if you satisfy the above criteria then you can definitely go for the MCA i.e Master of Computer Application.
