    Hi,

    Yes dear You can join the IPCC without writing CA-CPT even though you have completed your graduation in 2011.

    CA is a chartered Accountant Course which has three levels:
    >CPT(Common Profeciency Test)
    >IPCC(Integrated Professional Competency Course)
    >Final Course

    The Eligibility Criteria for the same is:

    >In case of a Commerce Graduate 55%

    >In case of a Non-Commerce Graduate 60%


    Subjects in IPCC:
    Accounting
    Business Laws,Ethics and Communication
    Cost Accounting and Financial Management
    Taxation
    Advanced Accounting
    Auditing and Assurance
    Information Technology and Strategic Management


    Subjects for Final course are:
    Financial Reporting
    Strategic Financial management
    Advanced Auditing and Professional Ethics
    Corporate and Allied Laws
    Advanced Management Accounting
    Information Systems Control and Audit
    Direct Tax Laws
    Indirect Tax Laws

    FEE STRUCTURE:

    Intermediate course:
    Postal tuition fees (including study material) - Rs.7000
    Oral coaching fees (including study material) - Rs.11000.

    Initially even a graduate students have to appear for the CPT exam to become CA that is chartered accountant .CPT is Common Proficiency test usually known as CPT or CPC is an Entry Level Course in Chartered Accountancy Course. So if you were interested to become a CA as their Profession then you will have to pass through this level.

    But now the CENTRAL COUNCIL has announced that now a graduates and post graduates students can directly apply for the IPCC level without appearing for the CPT exam.IPCC is final stage for the students who wants to become a CA.

    The following graudates and post graduates students are exempted from taking the CPT exam ::

    Students who have completed their graduation in commerce streams and have studied any 3 full papers of 100 marks each out of::

    Accounting,
    Auditing,
    Mercantile Laws,
    Corporate Laws,
    Economics,
    Management including Financial Management,
    Taxation including Direct Tax Laws, Indirect Tax Laws etc.,
    Costing,
    Business Administration,
    Management Accounting

    And have Passed the graduate/post-graduate examination by securing in the aggregate a Minimum of 55% of the Total marks or its equivalent grade from any recognized Universities including Open Universities.

    2. Graduates/ Post Graduates who have completed their graduation in different streams have secured aggregate of 60% of the total marks in the examination or its equivalent grade from any Recognized Universities including Open Universities.

    Note: If you are in final year then students are eligible for Provisional Registration and are eligible to Write IPCC exam ONLY after Appearing for Final year Graduation Exam.

    dear you are definitely eligible for the IPCC examination after your graduation
    you must have 55 % of marks you are so lucky ,and if you are a non-commerce students than you ust get 60% of marks.
    you have to undergo 100 hours of ITT with ICAI after the registration for IPCC.
    the fees details for the IPCC
    • tuition fees for IPCC is 4000
    • registration fees for 100 hours ITT IS 2000
    • ITT tuition fees is 4000.
    • totally you are going to pay 10000 for your fees.
    subjects which you are going to prepare for the IPCC ,
    group -1
    • accounting=100
    • law ethics and communication=100
    • cost accounting=50marks
    • financial management=50marks
    • taxation=100marks
    • part-1:income tax=75 marks
    • part-2: service tax and VAT=25 marks.
    group-2
    • advanced accounting=100marks
    • auditing and assurance=100marks
    • IT and strategic management
    • section:a=information technology =50marks
    • section:b=strategic management=50 marks.
    • totally you have to attempt for 700 marks...
    after the IPCC you are allowed for the articleship for this you gave to pass at least one group from IPCC.
    the duration of the article ship is 3 years.
    if you are in the last year of the articleship than you can join in the industrial training.

    final level
    the last is CA FINAL LEVEL,
    • you have to work hard in case study approach,
    • study at advance level,
    • case-laws,
    • interpretation of statutes
    subjects to study in CA-final
    group-1
    • financial reporting
    • strategic financial management
    • advanced auditing & professional ethics
    • corporate laws & secretarial practice
    group-2
    • advanced management accounting
    • information systems control
    • direct taxes
    • indirect taxes
    • totally 800 marks each subject in both the carry 100 marks
    eligibility for the final course
    you have to pass the both the subjects of IPCC
    AND YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE 2AND HALF YEARS OF ARTICLESHIP
    fees
    • articleship registration-fees is 500
    • students association fees is 500
    • registration fees with BOS 500,
    • tuition fees for final 8,500,

    55% or 60% in Compulsory in B.com to Join CA IPCC, B.com Graduates can Directly write CA IPCC, CA ... 10th July 2011: Read the Official announcement by ICAI ... still not released the Notification on Graduates being exempted from CPT?
