Bad news is that you cant join in Air Force. You can not join from the commerce background in 12th !! You must and should have the following to join Air Force after 12th.
To apply for Air Force Wings, you have to complete your 12th with Maths and Physics as a compulsory Subjects.

So, you cant join Air Force after 12th with your background. You can join Air Force after having a degree related to science. Once you read the following to understand more precisely.

Steps to be taken to join Air Force :

You should have a degree before your age reaches 23years !!
Because the age limits are : 19 to 23 years

CDSE - Combined Defense Service Exam conducts the exam twice in a year to recruit the aspirants into Air Force through out the India.

For Air Force Academy(AFA) - You should be Unmarried male and your age should be between 19-23 years.

For AFA, you should have the degree from a recognized University with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level or Bachelor of Engineering(BE)

So, you can't join AFA with out having the above things.

No, You are not Eligible to apply for Air Force examination after completing your 12Th examination in Commerce, Because to apply for Air force you have to complete your 12Th examination with Maths and Physics as a compulsory Subjects. But you have completed your 12Th examination with Commerce subject, So you are Not eligible for Air force Academy.

You are Only eligible to apply for Army Wings, So please apply NDA Examination Army Wings.

Your chest should be well developed, Fully expanded chest should not be less than 81 cms. The minimum range of expansion after full inspiration should be 5 cms.

You should be able to read in a distant vision chart 6/6 in better eye and 6/9 in worse eye with or
without glasses. Myopia should not be more than 2.5 D and Hypermetropia not more than 3.5 D including Astigmatism.

Physical conditioning:

You are advised to keep themselves in good physical condition, by following the undermentioned routine :

>> Running 2.4 km in 15 minutes
>> Skipping
>> Pushups and sit ups (minimum 20 each)
>> Chin ups (minimum 08)
>> Rope climbing - 3-4 metres.

No, You can't join Air-force through any means , you got to have think about when you have chosen Commerce stream After 10th board Exam.Of-course You can Join Defense Force only in Army but you cant Go in Air-force or Navy .

To join Air-Force You Have to be from Science Stream with Mathematics.I cant give you false Hope coz there is none you cant Join Air Force .If you want to Serve Country by joining Defense Services you can join Army ,that is a Better option then going Gaga about why I can't join Air force n all.

You can Join Army through NDA Exam, for which you should be unmarried male and must be Indian.You age Should Lie in range of 161/2 years to 19 years.You should also have done 10+2 with a min of 55% as your aggregate from a recognized Board.Appearing Students for qualifying Examination can Also Apply for NDA Exam.

You can also appear for SSB Directly after you have completed your 10+2 through TES .Technical Stream .For which your age should be between 17 and 191/2 years .

Other option is After you have Completed You Graduation You can Appear for CDSE Examination Conducted By UPSC for graduates.You can also Directly Appear for SSB Interview though through
UES and TGC.

Other, than This You have Great Career Opportunity Lie ahead of you in Commerce Stream.So dnt worry if you can't apply for AIR FORCE. No You cannnot apply for tha Indian Air force with commerce as your Subject in 10+2. To Apply for the Indian Air force you need to have Maths, Physics as your discipline. You are Eligible in the Army Wing.



Yo Get into the Army wing you can apply for NDA Examination that is Conducted by the UPSC twice a year. the Notifications about the Exam is given in the employment newspapers.

To Apply for the NDA Examinations you need to complete your 12th from a recognized Board (or) can appear for the exam if you have completed your 12th exams and awaiting for your results.

“Only unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 1994 and not later than 1st July, 1996 are eligible”. You Should be between 16.5 to 19 years of gae.

You Must a Citizen of India (or) a subject of Bhutan (or) a subject of Nepal (or) a tibetian refugee.

For the Army Wing you appear for the Exam by passing your 12th from any Discipline from a recognized board.

For the Naval and Air force wing you need to pursue your 12th with science and maths as your discipline.

You need to be mentally and physically fit to appear for the examinations. A Medical checkup is done before you enter into the exam..

You should have a good eye sight i.e either 6/6 or 6/9 and the minimal acceptable height is 157.2 cms(162 for air force). Height is Relax able upto 2.5 cms where the medical board certifies that you are likely yo grow and come up to a required standard

There must be no previous records of mental breakdown or fits. the Hearing should be normal

As I already survey with some reviews and I found their, that with my qualification I can join only in ground duty as an air force officer. But you can join Indian Army.
