    Can I join B.Sc Forestry after completing +2 with subjects maths, physics, chemistry and computer science?

    I have completed my +2 with maths, physics,chemistry, and computerscience.and scored above 50%,,...... Pls reply im eligible or not,,

    No you are not eligible for B.Sc Forestry because for admission in this bachelor¡¯s degree program you must pass higher secondary education or 10 2 with biology, chemistry and physics as the main subject and minimum of 55%-60% marks from any Institute/university. The duration of the program is of 3 years.

    sorry to say,but you can not achieve your this goal without biology.
    The B.Sc in forestry will done by the candidates who passed his +2 with Biology,Chemistry and Physics having score minimum 50% marks.
    There are another so many options for you to promote your career with mathematics.
    You can join defence with these subjects at lowre as well as higher
    posts.
    B.Sc is a option for you also.

    Hi aspirant,

    Forestry is the science of plantation and taking care of forest and living biengs that live in this habitat. It also deals with the management of growing timber. The main function of engineers is to manage forest resources effectively by the use of efficient and new techniques. The mapping of forest areas is also performed by foresters.

    Some of the other functions of foresters include preparation of forest documents, protection of forest from campers and poachers and maintenance of technical data related to forests.

    Eligibility:

    The student must be a pass in the higher secondary school certificate exam (10+2). The candidate must have physics, chemistry, biology and mathematics in their higher secondary schooling.

    The eligibility percentage for getting admitted to this course depends on the institute applying to. In general, the admission is based on the score of the intermediate exam.

    But some colleges take admission on the basis of an entrance test.

    Course Details:

    B.Sc in Forestry has course duration of three years. The whole course will be divided in scheduled 6 semesters each taking a 6 month time period. The course main motto is to teach various techniques and laws to handle any disturbance and maintain and protect ecology and wildlife.

    Job Prospects:

    The job prospects are available both in public as well as private sectors.

    You can join Indian Forest Services By giving the civil services exam conducted by Public Commission of India.
