Can I join B.Com(Private) under Calicut University along with M.A in English(Distance) from same Calicut University?

You cannot do two degree at a time from the same university.
But you can opt for a full time degree say under X university and do another degree in correspondence from Y university. That is possible.
So its better if you search for another university for your M.A. in english
