Since you want to pursue engineering only so now you have two options left with this percentage-
    1) Either you prepare for some competitive exam like AIEEE and UPSEE and get selected in any government college through that
    2) You take admission in any of the private college through paid seat.

I would advise you the try the 1st option.
Since by now you had realized the importance 12th, so you should now become more serious towards your studies and try cracking the competitive exams.
If you get good rank in any of the exam, then you can easily get admission in any of the government college.

if you are financially strong then there is no problem, there are thousands of private colleges though which you can complete your b.tech.
    *good luck*

    Dear friend,

    Hope you are doing well.

Firstly low percentage never means you are not capable or not eligible for it ,it only means that you have to work hard than you have been working before.

So make sure of this point and go ahead in every aspect of life either it may be education or anything else.

Coming to your point you can surely apply for engineering although your low percentage is somewhat a minus you have passed the exam and you are eligible for the exam.

You can apply for various engineering entrance exams. They are as follows:-

    9.SRM University Entrance Exam

    10.Amrita University Entrance Exam

    Hope the information helped you.

    All the best.

    hello friend
yes my friend you are eligible to take part in the engineering course because most of the private universities are offering foe the engineering without any percentage criteria because the only demand on these types of universities are that the candidate are only pass their 12 exam only with the passing marks only but if we are talking about the government institute then maybe in some states they required a good percentage in your 12 because they take the admission on the basics of the pre engineering test as well as the percentage which you are score in the 12 exam.
thanking you hopes you like my suggestion.
