    Can I give NDA exam after completing 12th with biology physics and chemistry from Rajasthan board? Suggest few good books for same.

    Your 12th standard subject are physics , chemistry and biology so you are applicable for NDA exam but you can apply only Indian Army post .

    NDA Stands for National Defence Academy examination and this examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year as namely NDA I and NDA II .

    If you have completed 12th standard from recognized board with science department you are applicable for NDA exam.

    But your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.There are no are no age relaxation for Reserved category . Only unmarried male candidate are applicable for NDA exam.You must have citizenship of India.

    The selection procedure for NDA exam is 1) Written Test. 2) Personal Interview.

    As you have studied Biology , physics and chemistry as a subject in 12th , so you are not eligible for the NDA exam.
    as for NDA exam mathematics is a compulsory subject to be studies in 12th.

    Other criterion for the exam is that Indian citizens are only allowed to appear.

    and the age limit for the exam is of 16.5-19 years.

    Only males who are unmarried can apply.


    For army , commerce and science(PCM) stream candidates can apply.

    and for navy and air-force maths and physics and are needed in 12th.

    NDA-National Defence Academy.

    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR GIVING NDA EXAM:-

    1.Candidate must be an Indian Citizen.

    2.Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to give the exam.

    3.The age of the candidate should lie between 16.5-19 years.

    4.Educational Qualification required:-

    >>FOR AIR FORCE AND NAVAL WINGS OF NATIONAL DEFENCE ACDEMY:-

    12th pass with Mathematics and Physics as subjects from any recognised college.

    >>FOR ARMY WING OF NATIONAL DEFENCE ACDEMY:-

    12th pass in any discipline from any recognised college.

    So you are eligible to give the exam if you satisfy all the above eligibility conditions.

    Since you don't have Mathematics you can go for ARMY if you also satisfy the other eligibility conditions.
