Can I give compartment exam in mathematics even after it was excluded as sixth optional? If yes. Can I appear in ISEET after that?

sir....
i hav passed the cbse 12th board this year with subjects phy chem maths eng computer sci n hper .... by scoring 71 % but i faild in maths and it was excluded as sixth optional ... but can i give compartmnt exam in maths ....??? if so .... aftr tht can i appear for engg entrance for iseet..????

I passed 12th exam 2012 with phy,chem,eng,comp sci,maths and painting but I failed in maths and it was kept as sixth optional.can i write compartmental so that i can take admission in b.tech this year?
