Can I get job after completing Diploma and B.Tech in Electronics without any backlogs with 63% and 72% respectively but only problem is that I have gap of 3 years in Education due to some reasons? Will any Short term courses help me to get job?

Yes You have a chance to get good job in the many sectors.As you have completed B.Tech and you have a good percentage i.e 72%.
What ever the reason you have given break for three years ,that is not a big issue.
If you try hard for a job you will get definitely a good job .There are many MNC companies and software companies are taking the students who completed graduation.
Try to attend the interviews as much as possible you will get idea how to perform in different situations.
You have another option that you can go for higher studies like CAT,GATE,GRE TOFEL,ILS etc.
If you are financially good you can go for MS in Abroad also you can pursue MBA in abroad.
Gate is also a good option for you if you concentrate you can get place in IIT's.After completing higher education you will get a good pay
definitely and there is a good scope for your future.
If you want to do job only you can go for job without any query .Just keep on trying for good job definitely you will get .

Yes for sure you will get a job , since you have a good aggregate i.e 72 in you B'tech .
It is quite difficulty for you to secure jobs directly in the companies but you can go through references or through any Consultancy institutes .
Many freshers are unaware of perfect info about the Interviews going on around them , so due to this reason of you approach any Consultancy Institute , though they charge you but they will make you know about the available jobs for freshers .

But in Interview you must be able to answer a question that " What you did these 3 yrs ? " , your answer must be enough reasonable so that the interviewer will think about you for a while .

As you have a gap of 3yrs you must first go through your core subjects so that you wont find difficulty in Technical round of your interview .

The short term courses will help you much in recollecting the terms and skills of your subjects .

There are some institutes which teaches Short Term Courses and also they will place you in MNCs .
The fee of this institutes will be expensive but they will be much help full for the students like you .
The institutes are NIIT , TIME , etc ,.
