The candidate should possess minimum graduate level qualification, in order to get in to a good job in governmental sector. Higher educational qualifications increase the possibility to obtain a good career in future. However, the candidate can apply for governmental jobs with XII class as the basic qualification. Junior job positions and clerical jobs insist pass in intermediate class as the required educational qualification. For this, the candidate should attend and pass exams carried out by SSC, UPSC, etc. Once the candidate gets in to the job, they can get into senior positions with experience. Promotion is generally given on the basis of educational qualifications and years of experience.

if someone have few backlogs in his graduation , then can he apply for the jobs which requires btech .

No , it is not at all possible to get a good government job without completing your graduation degree.In other words that if you want to
attain a good government position, then you must at least possess a graduation degree.Yes there are some government posts
which can be acquired by an individual just after completing 10th or 12th standard.For example- Bank clerk, jawan in Indian Army,
Or you can join NDA(National defense academy) if you have the courage and spirit to services the nation and you want to make your
career in that stream.

So, in my opinion and to the best of my knowledge if you want to acquire a good position in a
government office, then you should firstly complete your graduation with at least 60% in aggregate
from any discipline from a recognized university.

you did not give any mention. what is your qualification and what type do you want job. but
according to me if you want to do something then you have to done your graduation any subject (ART,B.Com, B.Sc).
then you can apply any government job sector .
you should take exam UPSC.
The UPSC(Union Public Service Commission).
you have to complete your Graduate degree course in any discipline form a recognised university.
The Preliminary Examination consists of two papers of objective type (multiple-choice questions) carrying a maximum of 450 marks.
The Question Papers (Test Booklets) are set in English & Hindi
Paper - I General Studies 150 Marks
Paper - II One of the optional subjects to be selected from the prescribed optional subjects 300 Marks.
Age - limits between 21-30 years.
SC/ST : 5 Year Age Relaxation is applicable
OBC Candidates : 3 Year Relaxation is applicable
Ex-Servicemen : 10 year Relaxation.

You can always apply for a clerk job with a sslc or 12th certificate.
Look for the advertisements in the news paper, and then apply for the job which suits you.

But I suggest you to do a graduation and then apply for a better job.

Age condition: The minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum 28 years required in IBPS

As you tell that you won’t do Graduation and you want a government job with good salary. So my friend this is not possible as if you have not graduation qualification then you are not eligible for the UPSC jobs as UPSC jobs are the one of the best jobs which pays a lots of money but these required minimum qualification of graduation which you not have so I suggest you go with the graduation course.. otherwise you can apply for the clerical posts which are also government jobs…

CIVIL SERVICES::Civil service exam is conducted by UPSC to select candidates for the post of IAS,IPS.This exam is conducted in two phase preliminary and the main which consist of written and interview .Only after clearing prelims you will be able take the main exam.To be eligible for the civil service :

You must have completed your graduation and you should be between 21 to 30 years of age.

CDSE::It is conducted twice a year by the UPSC to select students at officer post in the ARMY,NAVY and AIR FORCE.Since you have completed your bachelor degree in commerce then you are eligible to join ARMY by taking CDSE exam and clearing it.

But if you have physics and maths as a subject in class 12th then you are eligible for the navy and air force post too.

BANK EXAMS:You can also take clerical and the PO bank exam. Different bank conduct their clerk and PO exam in which all graduate students who have a little knowledge of computer is eligible

CBI:Crime branch of India is one of the prestigious government body you can also joint this by taking exam call CGPE or SSC.
