You have good percentage in your 12th class but in the cut list of MG University it can be low. Now you should contact in the university and asked about this matter. Also decide first what you want to do BCA or B.Sc. both the course has the lot of demand in future and bight career. After these degrees you can take admission in MCA or M.Sc. from any university.

for eligibilty,minimum percent is just 60%, the reason you not got selected is ,in the merit list the cutoff percent would have been higher than 71%.that is why you were not alloted bca.

If BCA seat isn't alloted to you then there will be another reason not your percentage dear, because minimum % for BCA is 60%.
