You cannot get direct admision to engineering.
You have to appear any engineering entrance exam so that you can read engineering.
So in my view its better to take a drop of 1year and prepare for any good engineering entrance.
You can get admission in any engineering colleges only by your rank in engineering entrance.

i dont think so. most of the colleges take an entrance test.you can take admission through management quota. you can try in anna university.

Congratulations for your marks in 12th. I want to ask why are you of entrance exam? Each of the good colleges organise entrance exam for admission. Without entrance its difficult to get enroll i any good engineering college. If you wnat to be a engineer then prepare yourself for entrance exam first, that will be a better option. Anna University also take entrance for admission in engineering but with your marks its possible to get a seat directly.

All good engineering college in India give admission in the basis of entrance exam..like AIEEE,IITJEE,W.B.JEE.
you have very good marks but you do not take your decision fast so friend please think out of the book ...
any way you just go and apply for graduation in top college ...

yes u can get admission on the basis of cbse marks whitout giving aieee,or iit
if u have more then 80% IN 12 PCM THEN U CAN TAKE ADMISSION IN AMITYUNIVERSITY,SHARDAUNIVERSITY,PETROLIUM UNIVERSITYDEHRADOON ARE THERE MANY MORE UNIVERSITY ALSO TAKE STUDENTS ON THE BASIS OF 12 PCM %
if u have pcm % is 60% then u can take admission in private colleges in uttarakhand or uttarpradesh
if your % is not good in u can take admission by managment quota

hi friend,

every college has entrance exam for the engineering
so you will not get admission without the entrance exam

but you can go for it by the managment seats
you have to pay more fees inorder to get a seat without the entrance exam in the engineering
