No, dear you won't be able to get admission in engineering. You need at least 50% to write an engineering exam or get direct admission in any college.
Even it will be not possible for you to take admission in any college of Maharashtra.

you can not get admisn in engineering college after scoring 37% in PCM

first off all qualification for appearing in All India Engineering entrance examsand IIT required is:
1.you should have done +2 with non-medical and score minimum of 60% marks in physics,chesitry and maths
2.you can also go for AIEEE if u have done +2 in comerce and maths as optional
3.you can also apply for AIEEE if u have done +2 with medical and maths as optional with min of 60% marks as above mentioned
4. these qualifications must have been obt from government recognised school or college

if you are having any quota among these given then can be chances there:

1.SC(scheduled cast)requires 40% marks in PCM
2.BC(Backward class)requires 40% marks in PCM
3.low incomerequires 50% marks in PCM
4.Border arearequires50% marks in PCM
5.sports requires 60% marks in PCM

you can also give an exam again as improvement test to atain more % in subjects in which your marks are less to become eligible for tests
