Yes as per the subject requirement you are eligible but delhi university has a no of colleges under it. With such a low percentage i dont think that you are able to fetch a good college there. But it may be possible that you are getting a seat in any of the colleges.

yes as per your subjects you can get into delhi university but your percentage is not much .....but if you are under some castes or tribes which the prefer then something can happen ...you can also get into it under quota........

You have good chances of getting a college under Delhi university for any of the course you have mentioned ,You can expect some college in North campus or south campus .You will not get very high reputated college but average college you can get easily ,Because your percentages are not that much good ,In Delhi university the cut off goes very high ,for hons subjects it gets over around 85 % so you better find suitable college according to your percentages.
