Yes!!! You are eligible....The detail eligibility criteria is...........
for government collegs in state areas.. you may need 60% or more in 10+2 in any stream...and sometimes might be supposed to give an entrance test or interview...thaths it.... getting admission into bsc.it is not a big deal..

top colleges like delhi university ..may ask you for high cutoff percentage in 12th exams... usually 85% and more

for private colleges candidate must pass 12th as any university
mark:--minimum 50% in 10+2, percentage criteria is not applicable in every colleges but only for a specif one.

    Hi buddy.

As you have completed your Intermediate or 10+2 in Arts stream so you can't change your stream to science.

So you can't get admitted into B.Sc(IT) as it belongs to science stream.

But I would tell you that if you are interested to study on Information Technology then you should go for BCA(Bachelor in computer application).

It is a course that is equivalent to B.Sc(IT) and you can fulfill your aim of becoming a computer professional or software professional.

After completing BCA you can go for higher study that is MCA(Master in computer application) that will perfectly suite to your career and you would get

a pretty good job in corporate sector as well as government sector.

So for now you get yourself admitted into BCA.

    All The Best.

    Thanks & regards.

I feel empathetic to apprise you that you are not eligible for pursuing B.Sc in Information Technology, as it is only applicable by +2 Science pass-outs.

The Educational Eligibility criterion for the same is as follows:

*Candidates who have passed Diploma in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/ Computer Technology / Information Technology / Electrical, Electronic.

*After S.S.C. (Xth) are Eligible for admission to direct admission to the Second Year of the B.Sc.(IT) degree course.
However, the Diploma should be recongised by the board of Technical Education or any other recognized Government body.
Minimum Marks required 45% aggregate for Open category candidates and 40% aggregate for Reserved category candidates.

    AND

Students with post H.S.C. Diploma in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Technology / Information Technology and allied branches will be eligible for direct admission to the Second Year of B.Sc. (IT).
