Yes you can get But in BSc course But it is quite tough./
Don't think about Engineering Course as you are not eligible for that.
AIEEE requires at least 50% marks (SC Category) .
As you have not 50% marks in 12th so you are not eligible for it.
In my opinion if you want to do Engineering then you have to go for Reappearing in 12th exams Or you can give Improvement exams.
OR simply you can take admission in BCA BBA OR BSc course.
I hope so you will get Govt. College but it is quite difficult.

you can do it only b.sc in any field in which you want...
but you can not get the admission in any btech collage because you are not appear for giving the AIEEE AND IIT-JEE test..
you have best option that you can also go to banking line by giving bank exam

You do not specify which course. So i tell general details. The eligibility is 40% in 12th in any stream. So you can get any course like b.tech,be,b.sc,b.com,bba,bca,ca. You get a government college seat under sc quota. All the best

You can get admission to Government colleges with 49% in PCM and one more thing colleges will not see your PCM marks rather they will see your best of five subject's marks,that is---
1>First language
2>Second language
3>Physics
4>Chemistry
5>Mathematics
One more thing as you are from reserved category so you will have a grace of marks that will help you.All the best.

I'm afraid you cannot as many universities an colleges require at least 50% pass in 12th.
Surely you could not join in govt. engineering colleges.
But a small chance to get admitted in government colleges is there.
For that apply each and every govt. colleges you know and prefer.
Work hard if you get into a degree course.

But, there is no admission for below than 50% in Govt. college. But you have also opportunities in the private college.Some of private college which are under private university,in them there is admission for degree course .
But, you have also opportunities in the bachelor course [B.Sc (pass course) B.A(pass course) and many other diploma courses] ,you will chose one of them as your interest. And please work hard. All the best.
