You can definitely fill in the IAS application form as the minimum qualification is a graduation for this post. You can be a graduate in any subject or stream but it should from a recognized institute. Minimum age limit in order to apply for this post is 21 years. Higher age limit will be 30 years. In case, of SC/ST/OBC categories, there will be age relaxation. You have to log in to the UPSC site for applying online for this exam. You have to appear for UPSC Civil services exam. On qualifying this exam, you will be called for P.I also.
