Dear Friend,
Yes you can fill the application form with late fee.But already the exam date is over for the exam Company Secretary.

Due Date for Submission of CS exam June 2013
The exam fees for Executive level and Professional level is 1200 per module and the last date for submission of exam is 25th March 2013

With late fee is extar 250 rs you have to pay

Day & Date of Examination: Saturday, the 1st June, 2013
