yes you can edit/change you pin code as well as signature....
to do this you will have to follow the following steps......

1. open the IBPS site
www.ibps.in

2. click on common written examination

3. then click on the link;
EDIT/ UPDATE APPLICATION DETAILS

4. again apply on the link
EDIT/ UPDATE APPLICATION DETAILS

5. after entering registration number, date of birth and password you will be able
to edit your form.....

Yes, you can edit your application upto a max. of 3 times!! BTW, it's OK even if you have signed in with blue instead of black..

And even if you can't edit (or) you can reapply the application before the submission process ends..

Follow the following steps to edit:

Step 1: Please choose the 'EDIT' option to correct the details.

Step 2: Please note that you can use the Edit facility only after 2 days of Registration date and can modify details only upto 3 times.

Step 3: If you have used 3 chances for corrections, please reapply before the closure of application dates..
