Can I do Ph.D in Psychology through distance education? I have B.A, M.A, M.Phil in English Literature and a Masters degree in Education with a research component from foreign university.

I have a B.A, M.a and M.Phil in English Literature and a masters in Education with a reseach component from a foreign university. Can I now do a Phd in psychology through distance education? The objective is to be qualified to pursure a career in counselling int he future.
