Well yes you can apply for the Msc chemistry if you want to apply for the Msc chemistry but the eligibility criteria may differs from college to college .According to your qualification you can get admission in the Delhi university but if you will try in the annamali University then you may not get admission .So it depends in which college you want to take admission .The admission to the Msc chemistry program is totally based on merit list which is made on the basis of your score in the graduation .

Eligibility Criteria at University of Delhi

You should have done either B.Sc. (Hons.) Chemistry with 50% or above marks in aggregate and 50% or above marks in Chemistry from recognized University.

    OR

You must have passed B.Sc. with at least 60% or above marks in aggregate and at least more then 60% marks in Chemistry from recognized University will be eligible for the exam.

So according to this criteria you are eligible for the Msc chemistry in the delhi university .

    Eligibility for the Annamali university

You must have passed your Bsc in Chemistry or B.Sc. Applied Chemistry or B.Sc. Industrial Chemistry and ancillary course with minimum 50% marks.Only then you will be eligible for the exam. But since you have done the Bsc life science which means that you are not eligible for this course in this university .
