    Dear friend.
M.phil is a post doctorate level course mainly consisting of thesis writing, seminar and research.
For pursuing any course from a university you first need to make it very clear whether that course is provided there or not.
Then the next step is you need to see the selection or the admission procedure into that course in that university i.e whether there is entrance for the admission or cutoff criteria or direct admission.
Based on that you can apply and pursue the course.
Let me also tell you that if you have done PG from a university and want to go for the M.phil provided this course is provided in the university, then you can very well do it from the same university. So donot hesitate as it is golden chance for you as the universities give special reservation and preference to the already enrolled or internal students of the university.
    So go with your ambition.

    Good luck.
