After completing M.Sc in computers you are eligible to take an admission in M.E. in computers. you have to appear in GATE. if you qualify then the door of ME will be widely open. if you can't get it through then there are lot of other universities those who conduct entrance exams to admit students apart from GATE.
so first of all start preparing for GATE.
Download previous year question papers.
Download the syllabus.
Collect notes of various subjects those are in GATE for your subject.( as far as i understood you asked about Computer Science)
If possible then go for coaching center.(lots of them are available, choose according to there reputation)
Now the most important point: Time Management. Always try to maintain time when answering question. it will help you a lot in the examination Hall.

Preparing For GATE will also make you ready for other entrances conducted by other universities apart from GATE.
