You can do a job while you opt for higher studies while being in a job already. But let me warn you that do not try this when you are already enrolled in normal regular course. Regular courses never allow people to opt for jobs when they are enrolled into it. So the only other option that you have is to go for distance education courses. Now there are a lot of distance education courses. But for you the one that will be really applicable is distance MCA course. You already have a technical degree that is B.Tech. B.Tech allows you good jobs of around Rs.20,000-Rs.30,000 per month. So you can go for any job that is available from your on campus recruitment procedures. Now along with that you can go for distance MCA from institutes like IGNOU MCA. You can log onto www.ignou.ac.in to enroll for it or can call at the Kolkata study center at (033) 2281 0964. You do not need to give any examinations for getting enrolled in MCA. So think about it.

Yes,you can do a job even while pursuing higher studies.You can go for executive or distance programs in PGDM(mba) while you are working somewhere in some company.Also,if you go for mtech,you can work as a teaching assistant in the same college.
