Yes you can apply for BCA even without maths. According to my knowledge in mumbai colleges which provide bca course without maths are not recognized. So, according to me if you want to do bca COLLEGE OF BUSINESS STUDIES (delhi university) will be good or Amity school of CS university (noida) is another option.

Dear freind you are not eligible for bca course,maths is compulsory for bca.BCA is a three years degree course where a students learn fundamentals of computer and have to solve many numerical problems,only those students can solve numericals in bca who have opted maths in +2.Basic eligiblity criteria is required that a candidate must have score min.55 percent marks in physics,chemistry and mathematics.As you are not from math group so you can not apply for bca,instead of this you can apply for ca,bba,b.com,nda courses.

The eligibility for BCA course is generally 12th Science or Commerce pass
with English and one of the following subjects- Mathematics or Statistics or Business Maths.
Since BCA is a course on computers and it's applications ,
there are software languages , algorithms for which a mathematics background is required.
But you can join BCA course through IGNOU.
IGNOU gives relaxation to students who have not studied mathematics at 10+2 .
The candidates have to register themselves for two more papers in the first semester.
They need to clear those papers to register for the 3 rd semester.
