Of course you may do until and unless you have PCM(Physics,Chemistry,MAths) as your subjects in 12th.
But it wont be recommended in mine opinion since you wont get nice colleges and their will be too much barrier in your Placement. Better pursue M.Sc or MBA or B.ed and M.Ed, whatever your choice.
Some nice colleges of B.tech are :
>> All IITs,NITs,IIITs
>> HBTI
>> JSS
>> YMCA
>> PESIT
>> BITS
>> BIT
>> VIT
>> Kalinga
>> Jadhavpur
>> Anna

I think you have two options either you do M.Sc as you secured 1st division im graduation or if you have interest in B.Tech than you will enroll in directly 3rd semester in B.tech and the fee strutucture for B.Tech in privaite college is 48000Rs/sem
and in government college it is minimum 28000 or 32000 pre semester.

hello friend,
you can do btech even after bsc but you should have basic knowledge in MPC and also have a minimum of 50% in your 12th standard but i think pure science field is good for you instead of engineering circle..but if you decide for engineering then you must attempt the iit jee amins and iit jee advanced exams for admissions into iit's nit's iiit's etc..
wishing you all the best

No you can not do the B.Tech course of study after your B.Sc course of study and this B.Tech course is also the under graduation course of study and the B.Sc course is also the under graduate degree course of study as these are under graduate level degree courses you can not take up both these courses of study at the same time. or one after the other.
as you had completed the B.Sc which is of the bachelors of science course of study and after that take up the post graduation courses of study which are available and some of the courses are.
MCA
M.Sc
MBA,etc.
These are the different courses which are available at the post graduation degree courses of study.
After your B.sc you can take up any of these courses of study and the bachelors of technology is the under graduate degree course which is of the 4 years full time course and if you had completed the B.Tech in UG level then you can take up the PG courses such as the
M.Tech
MCA
M.BA
MS,etc...

All the best.
As per my knowledge there is no such age limit to join in Degree course.
If you wish to join you can, only thing is you have completed B.Tech degree which is professional and valued one.
If you join in B.SC again it will take 3 years, so you will loose 3 years career in your profession and it is waste of time.
If you concentrate these three years in you Computer Science Profession, you will have bright future.
sir you can do after B.Sc. :-
1st M.sc. master degree.
2 nd B.tech. again a bachelor degree as your choice.
It is your thing you have what kind of thinking or What are you want to do?
if you are want to do in kind of process for jobs you can want to do various other courses:-
as MCA
MBA
M.Sc.
