    Dear aspirant
No you are not allowed to take part in the B TECH because the required eligibility for the B TECH is that you have the subject in your math in your 10+2 stream so due to that reasons you are not allowed to take part in the engineering course or in the engineering course you have to also face the math subject in 1 year.
Thanking you hopes you like my suggestion…

    Hi friend...

you can not appear for the Bachelors of technology course of study after 12th wiht out the mathematics course of study as the mathematics is only the preferred branch of study for B.Tech as this is also one of the technical course of study you need to take up the 12th with the mathematics and physics related branch of study and then you can appear for bachelors of technology course through the entrance examination which is available for the candidates to enter in to B.Tech course of study and some of the entrance examinations which are available are...
    Eamcet
    AIEEE
    IIT
    IIT JEE
    GITAM,etc..

There are also many university dependent examinations which are also available for the candidates after 12th to enter in to the engineering course of study

You can also take other courses with out maths in graduation after 12th such as the

For taking admission in Bachelor Degree Engineering course you will have to get pass in written exam of Joint Engineering Entrance Test. Joint Engineering Entrance Test is conducted by IIT for taking admission in B.E/B.Tech courses.

Eligibility required to apply for Joint Engineering Entrance Test is :

    ~Educational qualification :-
-->>You should be passed out in 10+2/Inter from recognized university/board with Science stream.
-->>Your Subject combination in Science stream should be Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics.

    ~Marks required :-
-->>Your minimum marks in Inter/+2 should be 70%.
-->>Your Average marks in Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics Should be 60%.

    ~Age Limit :-
-->>Your age should not be above 25 years.

    ~Attempt Limit :-
-->>You will not be able to apply for Joint Engineering Entrance Test more then 3 times.

    Selection Process :-
    • Written Exam - JEE Mains.
    • Written Exam - JEE Advanced.
candidates who will get pass in JEE Mains Exam will only be able to appear in JEE Advanced Exam. After getting pass in JEE Advanced Exam you will able to take admission in IIT/NIT Colleges of India.

If your Ranking will be below 15,000 then you will not be selected for IIT/NIT Colleges and you will have to take admission in Private/Deemed Engineering Colleges/Universities.

Written exam of JEE includes questions from :-
    ~Physics.
    ~Chemistry.
    ~Mathematics.

All questions is objective type with multiple choice answers. There will be two papers.
Paper I will have Physics and Chemistry and paper II will have Mathematics.Total duration of each paper will be of 03 hours.

So from the above given information it confirms that you will not be able to take admission in Engineering courses as because you do not have Mathematics paper in Inter level.

    Dear friend

Maths is the Most important subjects in any fields
As you mentioned that you have note study the maths in your 12th
    so chance is very less
May be some deemed university will allow you by getting some money...
Try for the Science fields like B.sc Physics, chemistry, computer science
In B.E there are minimum three maths papers are there Mi,MII,MIII etc..
most of the candidate get arrear in MIII ...if you went there difficult for you no chance for you to enter

Can I do B.Tech after 12th (Non mathematics)?
    i don't have taken maths...can i do B.TECH after 12th??

No, friend non maths students are not eligible for doing the btech. the eligibility criteria for doing the btech courses is M.P.C(Maths,Physics,Chemistry) after doing M.P.C in intermediate then candidate is needed to write the examination called as the EAMCET then according to the rank secured by the candidate the candidate will be alloted the seat in any particular college by which he enters the engineering college/B.tech.

But a non maths students with out writing eamcet is not allowed for joining the B.tech courses.

Some college if their sets are vacant without students then they may consider the students who do not write eamcet also but they should have studied MPC branch in the intermediate.

So, finally i am sorry to say you that you are not eligible for doing the btech.

    Hi friend,
You cannot do B.Tech course as you have not studied mathematics in 12th standard.
Maths is a very important subject to get into engineering. It is the base of engineering.
For doing B.Tech candidate should have completed his 12th with PCM (physics, chemistry and maths) as main subjects.
After that one can write any engineering entrance exam like JEE, AIEEE or some other exam conducted by state board.

No, you cannot go for B.Tech. course without studying Physics and Mathematics in class 12th or equivalent examination.

Physics and Mathematics are mandatory subjects while Chemistry and Computers are optional subjects.

There are various other opportunities for you to choose from and you should not be disheartened.

Choose your field of study or your career based on your abilities because if you are good at doing something then you will surely test success in that field.

    Thanks.

Its really not possible to go for the B.Tech after 12th without having Maths in your 12th....

Only those students are eligible to apply for the B.Tech who have Physics, Chemistry and Maths in their 12th ....

Having PCM in 12th is the first and most important criteria to apply for any engineering entrance exam like IIT JEE, AIEEE, Or any state level engineering entrance exam.

So, You don't have maths in your 12th so can not apply for the B.Tech programme but till you have so many opportunities in other fields...

    Hello friend,

No, you can not go for B.TECH without mathematics because only the non-medical students are eligible for B.TECH only.

You have to complete your 12th with non-medical stream to go for B.TECH.

B.TECH stands for Bachelor of Technology and it is the graduation course of engineering.

You have to crack the JEE entrance exam to get an admission into engineering.

    JEE has two exams:

    1.JEE Main

    2.JEE Advance

If you want to get an admission into some college or university then you have to crack the JEE Main and if you want to get an admission into NIT or IIT then you have to crack the both exams i.e.JEE advance after JEE Main.

After cracking the JEE entrance exam, you can join the engineering field. As there are so many streams of engineering and you may choose any one according to your choice and interest.

Re: Can I do B.Tech after 12th (Non mathematics)?

    Hello friend

No you can't do Engineering courses without studying Mathematics in 12th directly
You must complete 12th with maths, physics and chemistry subjects
You must score atleast 60% marks
You must be in the age of 17 - 25 years to take admission
Also all the colleges give admission only to the candidates passed in engineering entrance exam

You can do Diploma in engineering courses after 12th (Non Mathematics)
You can do B.Tech after diploma
There is no marks restriction in 12th for getting admission in diploma
If you have studied science courses in 12th then you may take direct admission in 2nd year diploma
You must write entrance exam and pass it
Most of the polytechnic colleges are government colleges and also you must select the best colleges in them
There are hardly less very less private colleges
Also polytechnic courses are offered by mostly government colleges, you can get job placements in government companies after diploma only
To get more better job, salary or to have better career you must be qualified in B.Tech

    My dear friend.

I am sorry to say that you can't do B.Tech after 12th (Non Mathematics).

It is because Mathematics is mandatory for B.Tech.

    B.Tech means Bachelor of Technology.

Or in easy words it can be said Engineering.

And Mathematics my friend is the backbone of Engineering.

It doesn't matter which branch one choose in B.Tech but Mathematics is necessary.

In the first year of B.Tech Mathematics is again there.

Therefore Mathematics is very much important for doing B.Tech.

That is why it is mandatory to study Mathematics in 12th for students to take admission in B.Tech.

I hope this will be helpful.

    Precious Friend...

No you're not allowed to take part in the N TECH because the mandatory eligibility for the N TECH is that you have the subject in your [e xn y] in your 10+2 flow therefore due to that particular factors you're not allowed to take part in the engineering course or in the engineering course you have to also face the [e xn y] subject in 1 year.
Thanking you hopes you want my suggestion…

because you have to provide following exams...

    Eamcet
    AIEEE
    IIT
    IIT JEE
    GITAM,etc..

Additionally, there are many university dependent examinations which may also be available for the individuals after 12th to enter into the engineering span of study

You may also take other programs without having maths in graduation after 12th including the

Re: Can I do B.Tech after 12th (Non mathematics)?

    Dear friend,

As you have not Mathematics subject in 12th so you are not eligible to apply for B.tech course.

For applying for B.tech course you must have Mathematics subject in 12th.

In order to apply for B.Tech course you should have completed 12th class in science stream from a recognized board.

You should have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subject in 12th as compulsory subjects.

You should have minimum 45% marks in 12th.

B.Tech stands for Bachelor of Technology. It is totally a technical course.

It has various branches related to various sectors like Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering etc.
