    Yes you can do B.Ed but according to me you can do post graduation and you will get various job opportunities in IT sectors since you are a B.Tech graduate
    else
    you have to appear for entrance exam to do B.Ed in top institutes where you will find a great opportunity for your future

    B.Ed-Bachelor Of Education

    The Minimum eligibility required for B.ed is Bachelor Degree.

    As you have completed B.Tech you are eligible for B.ed.

    >>You can get jobs as a teacher in both govt and private schools.

    *As a Engineering holders you can join as a lecturer after doing Master courses.

    Minimum eligibility for B.Ed is:
    *Passed intermediate with 55% aggregate
    *Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

    So after completing graduation, you can apply for B.Ed.

    B.Ed ------ Bachelor of Education.

    Bachelor of Education(B.Ed) is a course offered for those interested in pursing career in teaching.

    Eligibility for B.Ed Programme :

    i) A bachelor degree or a higher degree from any recognised university.

    ii) Two years’ full time teaching experience on temporary/permanent basis as Primary/Graduate/Post Graduate teacher in a primary, secondary/higher/senior secondary school recognised by the central or a state government or a union territory. The teacher should be in service at the time of submitting application form as well as at the time of producing the original documents at the Regional Centre. The experience certificate should be issued by the Principal or Headmaster/Headmistress. The requisite teaching experience of two years must be completed on or before the last date of submission of application as notified in the advertisement.

    iii) The candidate those who are appearing in qualifying (Bachelor or a Higher degree) examination can also apply. But the candidate granted provisional admission on this basis will be required to submit the proof of having passed the qualifying examination.

    And there is no Age limit for this course.


    So you are positively eligible for B.Ed program after BE.


    Admission into B.Ed course :

    You need to appear for the B.Ed entrance examination which is conducted by State/Central Govt of India.

    The Examination is for 100 marks with 3 hours duration.

    The Syllabus include :

    Part-A

    Section I - 10 Questions - 10 Marks

    General English Comprehension
    OR

    General Hindi Comprehension

    Section II - 20 Questions - 20 Marks
    Logical & Analytical Reasoning

    Section III - 25 Questions - 25 Marks

    The programme aims to enable practising teachers to achieve the following objectives:

    i) To systematize experiences and strengthen the professional competencies of in-service teachers.

    ii) To imbibe knowledge and develop an understanding of the various methods and approaches of organising learning experiences of secondary school students.

    iii) To develop skills required in selecting and organising learning experiences.

    iv) To understand the nature of the learning process.

    v) To develop skills involved in dealing with the academic and personal problems of learners.

    Yes,you can do B.Ed after b.tech.
    For B.ed course the candidate must have completed graduation from any govt recognised university.
    You can take admission in B.Ed but if you do M.TECh or MBA it will be good for your further carrer.
    because you are in technical line so,if you go to the litrature line it will be hard for you.
    So think before choosing B.ed.
