Yes you can do B.C.S. after 12th as it is under graduation course. For Some institutes the eligibility is you must passed 12th with PCM but some institutes need only 12th pass with any subjects. The best colleges for BCS or BCA are-

Yes you can do BCS after 12th but you should have minimum of 50% aggregate in 12th and that to in science stream nd for st/sc students it may be 45% also.

There are many universities which offer BCS course after 12th

like Shivaji university for this you need to write entrance exam form is available on official website. You can even fill the form online and take print out of it.

Along with DD of 200 rupees you need to pay. Finance & Accounting officer, shivaji university of Kolhapur from any Nationalized Bank and send mail it to shivaji university.

Application for BBA/BCS/BCA Entrance Exam mentioned it on your mail. Students must write his name and form number backside of DD(Demand Draft).
