No you cannot apply for any of the graduate course without completing your 12th or diploma.
But you can go for some private courses after completing your 10th.

or you can do ur 12th from open school and then u can take admission in any university from open learning

yes that is possible. By joining in the distance degree course you can finish your degree with out studying inter.Some candidates those who fail in +2 and want to study degree can also opt this.Many universities offering this course.You will also get certificate from the reputed university.

There is a timely schedule of the board exams and you need to clear those. The exam papers are different from those of degree attending after +2. your exams are very easy compared with those.

you can't do bachelor degree without 12th . so you can first apply for the 11th and finished your 12th with good percentage of marks and apply for the bachelor degree course .

Yes it is possible through distant education in degree.But let me tell you a thing that will not give you any value.MNC's won't recruit you as in you are not from the reputed institutions and also the students who are very poor in studies and who have many backlogs opt for distant education .So, my suggestion for you is don't think about distant education study in a general and natural way.Today and tomorrow many opportunities for graduates here and abroad .so study well

To apply for any bachelors course first requirement is that a candidate must be 12th pass and which has not you done,so you must first complete 12th.Although there are many short term course which also requires 12th pass students.You can only pursue diploma course.Today 12th pass student does not get any job,atleast he must have any grduation degree and postgraduate degree.Many mba,m.tech students are not getting job because of growing fast technologies but less vaccancy.Now you must get to know that where you stands.So complete your 12th first and then pursue any bachelor degree of your choice.Good luck.

In our educational system 10+2 or diploma is introduced just because that a student will not be able to handle a huge pressure on that higher level just after completing 10th.
This is a valid way of education.
there was a time in India, when you can choose you undergraduate degree subjects in class 9. after our constitution found that this is a very wrong way to implement education they omitted this and formatted it in new way. the way, today we get our education.
So it will be better for you to concentrate on your studies of 10+2 ,rather than thinking of a short cut.

you need your 12th percentage and there are entrance test for many degree courses on your 12th course

You cannot actually do that but you can go for diploma after 10th.
But else you will have to go through 11th and 12th and then give entrance exams regarding your stream and then go for graduation.

Well there are institutes which give some relaxations on some issues but they are not well recognized so it would be better for you if you study for 2 years and then go for graduation.This well be long term beneficial.

friend you cant take a admission in Bachelor degree without completing 12th. because for getting the admission in B tech your maths background should be very strong and you need to understand the fundamental of maths. and very first thing for this you need to join 12th form math and physics. for the condition to take the admission in bachelor degree is -

There is no such practice neither in India nor in abroad, for Graduation degree you must pass min 12th.

As said earlier, the Education System in India is like :

>>Firstly you must pass SSC(Senior Secondary Certificate).
You must attain a min of Ist class marks in this, i.e min of 50%.

>>Next you are allowed for Intermediate courses whose duration is of 2 years which are considered as your 10+2.

I am very sorry to say that you arent eligible now to do your bachelors.You need to have a minimum class 12th pass to do bachelors degree. Well this is so because in class 12 you ll see a major transition from 10th and there onwards to college. So it is difficult for you to do bachelors after 10th.

You need to choose a stream of your choice-Science or Commerce.
Science if you are good at technical skills , mathematics and science are your interests.If you are rather interested in management , business and commerce you can choose the other stream.

There is no way you can do a Bachelor Degree with only finishing 10th,

As you have asked you need to have completed +2 or you should have done a diploma in any stream in order to apply for Bachelor Course of any stream.Without doing that and just having 10th qualification,you can't do anything as there is no value for it.

There are certain eligibility conditions needed for joining in some streams for Bachelor degree and regarding all of the apart from subjects,the common issue is that you need to have completed +2 or you should have done diploma.

It is not over,still you can continue your studies and then joining in Bachelor course.You can opt any stream which you prefer for the stream which should be chosen when going for 11th as you need to get good marks in your 12th board in order to join in Bachelor degree.

So you have to first complete these classes if you wanted to pursue graduation.

There are also different streams in 11th and 12th class.
