No you cannot go in for a MBA with your 10th qualification. You need to first of all complete your 12th and then graduation. Only then can you go in for post graduation. You can pursue these as a correspondence course if you donot wish for a regular course. For candidates of your profile there are institutes which provide training in the evening/night batch. You need to visit the university/board for collecting information on how to do the 12th course privately. Make sure you select the stream based on the career you plan to have. You should try select the subjects based on the field in which you have experience.

in the graduation ur minimum percentage should be 50% if u comes under generally,but u comes under obc or sc or st than ur minimum percetnage should be 45% in the graduation.
