    To become IPS officer,
    you have to apply for IPS to UPSC and have to qualify with good marks.

    dear friend,
    My friend if you have done MBA and you want to become IPS then you have to appear for CSAT exam conducted by UPSC every year.

    But after doing MBA there is no sense to do IPS ,you need to do job,you will get a good job also.


    Eligibility for IPS exam:

    1.You must have completed your Graduation Degree from any recognized university with in any stream.

    2. You should have scored 50% marks minimum.

    3.your age must not be more than 30 yrs.

    Yes, After completing your MBA Course you are eligible for UPSC Civil services examination to become IPS officer. To apply for this examination you have to complete your Graduate degree course in any discipline from a recognised University. Final year appearing candidates are also eligible to apply for this examination.

    You have already completed your Post graduation then you are definitely apply for this examination.

    For this year examination Notification was already Published and the last date of apply for this examination was already Over, You can apply for this year examination, but the last date was closed. The examination is Conducted in 2 stages, Preliminary examination and Main examination, For this year Preliminary examination will be held soon on 20/May/2012.

    If you have not applied this time, then please wait for next year Recruitment Notification. Eligible candidates may apply for this examination Online Only.

    After MBA, you can certainly become an IPS officer. You should appear for Civil services exam conducted by UPSC to apply for this post. Graduation is the required qualification to apply for this post. Maximum age limit to apply for this exam is 30 years. If you belong to reserved category, there is age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC categories. Notifications for this exam will be published in official website of UPSC and you can apply accordingly. The first stage consists of Preliminary exam. If you qualify in this stage, you need to appear for Main exam. Those who pass both prelims and main exam need to appear for Physical Test and Personal Interview.

    To become an IPS officer you will have to appear Indian Civil Services Examination which is conducted by UPSC every year.

    The academic qualification required to be eligible for the exam is bachelor degree in any stream from a recognised college/university.

    Therefore if you have done graduation from some recognised college/university, you are eligible to apply for the exam.

    You must also satisfy the age criteria.

    The accepted age limit in the Civil Service Exam is as below.

    21-30 years (GEN category candidate)
    21-33 years (OBC category candidate)

    IPS stands for INDIAN POLICE SERVICE this exam is conducted by the Upsc once a year.The minimum qualification required for this exam is graduation or equivalent course from a recognized university.Age limit for this exam is 21 to 30 years, 3 years age relaxation for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.Candidate should be a citizen of india.

    The selection process done in three phases those are:

    Yes off course you can appear for civil services examinations(CSE) or IAS(Indian administrative services) examination
    even after completing your Masters in Business Administration(MBA).
    Civil services examination is one of the most prestigious examination of the country.There are basically three steps
    in which this examination ids conducted by UPSC(Union Public service commission).
    1)Preliminary examination which is usually conducted in the month of May.
    2)Mains examination which is a subjective examination in which you are required to select subjects according to your preference.

    Yes of course , you are eligible to apply for after MBA degree , there is no doubt about !!! bachelor's degree is enough to appear for this examination . So , you are already completed graduate degree and then you are eligible to apply for this examination .

    To become a IPS Officer , the candidate need to crack the Civil Service Examination and civil service examination is divided into three categories :- 1) Preliminary 2)Main examination 3)Personal Interview .

    IPS Stands for Indian Police Service Examination and this examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission Once in a year .     FRIEND,

    Yes you can become an IPS OFFICER after completing MBA by giving the CIVIL SERVICES EXAM which is conducted by UPSC every year in the month of May and September.

    So friend you are doing MBA that means you have done graduation from any recognized University.

    And one thing more to satisy before being eligible to appear for the CIVIL SERVICES exam is that your age must be between 21 to 30 years and there is some age relaxation for reserved category students.

    For OBC they have 3 years of relaxation and For SC/ST they have 5 years of age relaxation.

    There is also some relaxation in Number of attempts and for OBC they can attempt for 7 times and there is no limit in the case of SC/ST.

    There are three stages of selection and they are:

    1)CSAT
    2)MAINS EXAMS
    3)INTERVIEW

    Yes you can become a IPS officer after completing your MBA .

    To become a IPS Officer you need to apply for civil service exams conducted by UPSC every year.

    To apply for Civil service exam:-

    The minimum qualification needed to apply for civil service exam is having a Degree from a reconized university.

    As you have already compleated your graduation you are eligible to apply for this exam.

    Civil services include IAS,IPS,IFS etc services..

    For apply for this exam you need to citizen of INDIA.

    Your age should not be less than 21 (or) not more than 30 years.

    If you belong to SC/ST then age criteria is 21-35 and for OBC it is 21-33.

    You can also apply if you are in the final year of your graduation.

    For becoming IPS officer you have qualify the IPS civil services examination.

    Civil services examination is conducted by UPSC evry year.

    For appearing in IPS examination

    but, first you can crack the Civil Examination which is conducted by Union Public Service Commission in yearly ones

    Graduation from any stream .
    Final year students also eligible .
    Age limit is 21-30.
    And relaxation is For General - 30,for BC - 33,for SC/ST - 35 years.

    And number of Attempts:
    For OPEN-4,
    OBC-7,
    SC/ST-NO LIMIT

    This exam is conducted by UPSC, normally this notificatioon released in the beginning of the year.

    And choose good institute for IPS coaching and prepair well for that. And crack the exam...
