Actually the eligibility criteria for bank probationary exam is minimum 50% in graduation in most of the cases......but for any bank exam if they mention that only Graduation is the eligibility criteria then for that case you are eligible.

Re: Can I become a Bank Probationary officer after scoring 84% in 10th, 70% in HSC and only 42% in B.E?

Sorry to apprise you that Bank exam for Probationary Officer requires a candidate to fulfill certain eligibility criteria.

The basic educational qualification requirement is that a candidate should be a graduate in any stream or specialization with minimum of 60% or it's equivalent CGPA in one's graduation or any UGC recognized institute.

As you have not enough percentage marks, you can't apply for bank PO exam.

But you certainly can apply for Bank Clerical Exam.

It is also conducted by Institute of Bank Personnel Selection (IBPS) every year.

You do meet the educational eligibility criterion, which says one has to be a +2 pass-out with a minimum of 55 % of marks.

But I would suggest you not to try for Clerical cadre,as you will be overqualified for a clerical job.

Don't lose heart, you are a professional degree holder and can get a very good job.

Or for further advancement, you can go for doing Masters in the same field of study or can do courses like MBA, etc. which will help to expand your career prospects.

    All the best!!!
