Re: Can I attempt IAS examination being a B.Tech graduate?

Graduation is the eligibility criterion to apply for IAS post. So, with this qualification you can definitely attempt IAS exam. Lower age limit for this post is 21 years. Higher age limit is 30 years. Age relaxation is allowed to SC/ST/OBC categories. UPSC Civil services exam is the qualifying exam to be attended to get in to this post. This exam involves a preliminary exam and those who clear this exam can attempt the main exam. Personal interview is the last level of selection.
