    My dear friend.

It is impossible to study masters without studying Bachelors.

I am amazed how you did that.

    It is against the rules.

The main procedure to do masters is first doing Bachelors.

Then one can go for Masters.

But if you haven't done Bachelors then i am sorry to say that you are not eligible for IAS.

The main requirement for IAS is Graduation.

Since you have not done it so you are not eligible my friend.

IAS STANDS FOR Indian Administrative Services.

It is a well known Civil Service Exam.

Since you haven't done Graduation you are not eligible for so.

    IAS is conducted by UPSC.

UPSC demands students to have completed graduation in order to appear for IAS.

Apart from that age should be between 21-30 years.

OBC candidates have a relaxation of 3 years of age and SC/ST has 5 years of age relaxation.

Number of attempts for general candidates are 4, OBC candidates are 7 and unlimited for SC/St candidates.

You can find more detail about IAS on the UPSC website http://www.upsc.gov.in

I hope the information will be satisfactory.

    Regards
    tanveersandhu.
