Elgibility for CAT:-

You can't apply for CAT, XAT, MAT exams because for appearing these exams
These exams need you to complete degree with atleast 50% marks

But there are no restrictions to appear for the exams relating to number of times, age etc

You can apply for state level MBA entrance exams
The marks eligibility is 45% in degree
The rules about attempting the entrance exam is same as that of XAT, CAT etc
There is no age restriction in doing MBA

You can even do MBA courses part time also

Dude with minimum 55% of aggregate in your graduation you can not appear for the higher studies or the jobs you need to have minimum of 60% of aggregate for appearing to the jobs...

The MAT,CAT,XAT these are the recruitments examinations which are conducted for the recruitment of the MBA masters in Business administration course of study and the MBA course is related to the business management and there are many sub disciplines which are also available under this MBA course of study...

After scoring 48% with less then the 50% also you can not appear for the higher studies and also you can not appear for the entrance examinations such as the CAT/MAT/XAT also...

But you can try for the correspondance MBA course of study in any of the unversities but that also having less chances and you can try it...

With less then the 60% in graduation you can appear for the Government sectors and also private sectors jobs also...
