    Hi

Firstly i wanted to say u that IBPS ( INSTITUTE OF BANKING PERSONAL SELECTION ) is a common entrance test for the first time conducted for PO's/MANAGEMENT TRAINEE, CLERK's posts and 19 banks are coming under it.

IBPS conducts the exam twice in a year and as u said that you are not a graduate , so i say that you are not eligible for applying IBPS PO's/MANAGEMENT TRAINEE as the minimum qualification for it is u must complete your degree from any stream.

But i strongly recommend u that IBPS common test for CLERKS in which the minimum qualification u possess with 60% marks in matriculation from any government approved course or minimum 50% from your higher secondary education or a degree.
But the final entry into banking sector is merely based upon the final call letter published by the respective banks based on their requirement your percentage of marks in IBPS exam and personal interviews .
U can apply the examination through online or offline mode.Online is by downloading the CBS challan from http://ibps.in/career_pdf/CBS%20Chal...al%20Cadre.pdf
or through NEFT challan from http://ibps.in/career_pdf/NEFT%20Rec...al%20Cadre.pdf

Re: Can I apply for IBPS Exam being a Non Graduate?

No, it is not at all possible to pursue IBPS(Institute of banking personnel selection) if you have not completed your graduation.
The reason being that the minimum qualification that a candidate must possess is a graduation degree.
A candidate is required to qualify his or her graduation with at least 50% aggregate percentage in any discipline
    from a recognized university.

Banking probational officer is one of the most desired position among all those students who want to acquire
a good government job.So, in my opinion and to the best of my knowledge you should firstly complete your
graduation from any discipline from correspondence or regular mode and then you would be eligible to
appear for banking probational officer exams.

Probational officer exam is now conducted at two level that are as follows:
    1)Common written exam.
2)State bank of India probational officer
