failing in the sense u need to complete a degree before u attempt and IAS exams prlims , without that is is impossible so when u dont complete 12 th u cant attempt for a degree and hence it might not be possible for u do give an exam

It is not possible for a student who has got fail in 12 th standard to appear in UPSC exam ,becouse the minimum qualification for giving civil services exam (UPSC) is graduation.so, my dear after failing in class 12th , you would not be able to complete your graduation and hence you would not be eligible for civil services examination.so, firstly you should clear class 12th with good marks and then graduation ,after it you should think about civil services exam.

    best of luck.

    HI....
Friend you are not eligible for UPSC exam After failing 12th standard...because the minimum qualification required for the UPSC Graduation......

Under UPSC 2 types exams are conducted

    **IAS

    **IPS

The minimum qualification required for this 2 exams are Graduation....

So dear my advice is first you will complete your Backlogs in 12th standard after that you will go for the Graduation..........then you you are eligible for the UPSC exam....ALL THE BEST DEAR

    dear friend ,

this is not possible that you can appear in UPSC exams after failing in 10+2 .

because UPSC conducts two exams that are :-

    IAS EXAMS .

    IPS EXAMS .

in the given exams ,you must be either in final year of your graduation or have a degree of graduation from well recongised college .

your age must be within 21 t0 30 years ,with 3 to 5 years relaxation given to the sc/st or obc candidate .

you must be the citizen of India .

TO qualify for UPSC exam friend you have to clear your 10+2 and then you have to get at least in the final year of your graduation .

bad luck this good fortune next time .

No you are not eligible for UPSC examination.

For appearing UPSC examinations you have to complete the graduation degree.

And for opting Graduation degree you have to clear the class 12th study and than have to finish three years Bachelor degree course....

So workhard and clear your class 12th study from a recognized board.

Age limit for UPSC examinations :
    21 years to 30 years.

Age relaxation is given to reserved category candidates.

    Thanks
