There are several entrance exams conducted by UPSC. Out of these you will be eligible only for the NDA exam. The minimum qualification to apply is 12th standard. Also the age of the candidates applying should not be less than 16 1/2 years. Candidates whose age is over 19 years also cannot apply for the same. The total duration for this exam is 5 hours. In the first half there will be questions from mathematics and the second half there will be questions from general ability section. The general ability section will include questions from English, GK, Physics, History etc. If the candidate clears this exam then they will be called for the interview round and also the medical examination round.

friend various exams are conducted by UPSC.
if you mean Civil services exam conducted by UPSC you cannot take it up directly after completing 12th. the minimum qualification required for civil services exam is graduation in any discipline from any recognized university.
if you mean SCRA exam you can apply for it after completing 12th class alone also. so the eligibility depends on the exam.

Re: Can I appear in UPSC exams after completing 12th? If yes,Provide me the details regarding it?

    Dear Friend.
Union Public Service Commission is a governmental organisation that conducts exams for the admission into various areas and government posts in the Indian Administration.
The various exams it conducts are mainly divided into 2 types:
    1. Civil services exams: These type of exams include IAS, IPS, IFS, IES, etc.. There is a common entrance called civil services exams for all these areas and then the rankers are divided for training in various disciplines.
To be eligible for these exams one should be a bachelor degree holder with 21 to 30 years of age.
Since you are just 12th pass so you are not eligible for the civil exam till now.

    2. Defence exams: These exams are conducted for the entry into the Indian defence services mainly army, airforce and navy and the technical jobs in them.
These are further at two levels:
    1. CDSE: This exam is conducted for the graduates to get into navy, army and air force. To be eligible you have to be a male graduate in science with maths to get into the air force and navy and simple graduation in any stream to get into the army.
The minimum age is 21 years upto 30 years.
So you are not now eligible for this exam.

    2. NDA exam: This exam is for the 12th pass male candidates with an age of 16.5 to 19years.
So you are eligible for this exam after 12th.
It is conducted twice a year.
To be eligible for army wing you have to be a 12th pass from any stream but for airforce and navy you have to be 12th pass from science stream with maths with atleast 60% marks.
The notification for this exam comes in the month of april and september in the leading newspapers and UPSC website every year and exams are held in the august and november.
So you can apply in the NDA II this year.

    : :GOOD LUCK: :

It depends on your choice of post or designation you are choosing to give the exam.
Some of the exams are eligible after completing 12th standard but most of the exams are conducted for the students who has completed there graduation.
Benefit of the students will also be after the graduation only.

Re: Can I appear in UPSC exams after completing 12th? If yes,Provide me the details regarding it?

No, you cannot appear for UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) exam just after completing your higher secondary. Because the minimum qualification to appear for this exam is
to have a graduation degree. Or in other words the candidates who has completed his or her graduation from any discipline, can appear for this exam as he or she satisfies the minimum
eligibility criteria for appearing in this exam.
So, firstly you must concentrate your attention on your graduation and then you can further plan your studies. If you are very much interested in UPSC exams or CSE(Civil services exams)
then you can start preparing for this exam right from the third year of graduation. So, in this way you can utilize some of your extra time during graduation for preparing for exams for
which you are going to appear just after completing graduation.

The procedure to become an IAS, IRS, IES, IPS, etc(all these posts can be obtained through UPSC exams) can be summarized as follows:-
1)Firstly you have to fill the form for preliminary exam. After completing all the formalities mentioned in the form, you would be provided an admit card which would make you eligible to
sit for the exam. Then you need to appear for the exam. The exam is an objective examination and includes questions form subjects such as general awareness, history, etc.

2)If you qualified the first level of examination, then you have to fill the form for Mains examination(intermediate level). It is a subjective test.It is a crucial step in this process as
most of the candidates get eliminated at this stage. The papers are designed in such a way that it tests the basics as well as the application skills of any candidate. You can choose
subjects according to your own preference and you would be asked from the same.

3)The third and the final phase in the process is an interview which can only be appeared for, after qualifying both of the above given stages. You would be provided a letter for
the interview which shall make you eligible to appear for the same. This is also an important phase and the candidate must be well versed with all the basics and should have a good
command over language or in other words have good communication skills as the examiner may ask a lot of tactful questions which require full application of your skills.

No way my friend at least you must have a degree to write for the exam.Nowadays more people are showing interests in doing IAS,so i would say to you that it's better that you do your respected degree in a recognized university and apply for the exam. After you get it the major criteria which you must see that you are perfectly eligible for the exam are:

The candidate must be a citizen of India.
The candidate must have a age limit of 21-30 years.
The candidate must have a degree from a recognized university.
