    dear friend..
    you must have a degree from Universities incorporated by
    an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be a Deemed University under the UGC Act, 1956,
    you may eligible for other services which comes after IAS IFS and IPS....

    Dear friend,
    As per the criterion of IAS (Indian Administrative Service) ,the candidate must have a degree from a university recognised by Govt. of India.The other criterion are-------
    1)Age between 23-30 year(3 years relaxation for OBC and 5 years relaxation SC/ST is there ).
    2)Candidate must be a citizen of India.
    3)Maximum number of attempts are 4(7 for OBC and no limit for SC/ST).
