You can apply for IIT-JAM for admission to following courses.

M.Sc. in Biotechnology at IIT Bombay and IIT Roorkee
Dual Degree (M.Sc. + Ph.D.) in Biotechnology at IIT Bombay

You will have to apply for IIT-JAM in Biotechnology stream.
You should have at least 55% marks in Graduation to be eligible for the test.
You can get a relaxation of 5% marks if you are in SC/ST/PD category.

The IIT-JAM for admission to 2012-13 session has been already conducted.
You can apply for next IIT-JAM.

Refer any IIT website for details regarding JAM.
