Yes off course even an individual who has completed his or her MBA(Masters of business administration) from correspondence would get a job, provided he or she should have
some qualities that are desired by corporates around the world. The various qualities can be explained as follows:

    1)Good communication qualities-
You should have excellent communication qualities because communication is one of the most important thing which is required to get a work done.
Communication can prove one of the most important hurdle in the smooth functioning of the activities happening in the office.
So, even if you have completed your post graduation from correspondence then also you would be supposed to have brilliant language skills to grab a good job.

    2)Analytical work and practical experience-
You should have as much practical experience of working in any organisation as possible. For this purpose it would be checked that you have done any
internships or you have done any kind of job before pursuing MBA as many students do some kind work to gain experience in order to become a successful professional.

There are a number of jobs which are available for people from Human resource sector. Some of them are given as follows-
    1)Human resource manager-
May be if you have completed your post graduation from a really good college and you have very good practical exposure to work, then it may be possible that you
may be appointed as the human resource manager of an organisation.

    2)Analyst-
It may be possible that you may be appointed at the analyst level for the reason that you do not have much practical exposure .But you would be gradually promoted
to higher levels while working for the organisation.

    3)Associate-
Or it may be possible that you may be appointed at the analyst level in the human resource department but you would be glad to know that in may be 3 to 4 years you may
reach to the post of a associate.
