Basically candidates who have completed 12th standard or equivalent can apply for this course. Diploma from a recognised institute too is acceptable. They donot need to pass the 12th standard. Infact these candidates can opt for the lateral entry scheme. By this they can join the second year of engineering directly. Normally a percentage of the seat is reserved for these candidates. Since you are pass out of the Rajasthan University you can opt for the same. Like engineering entrance exam you will need to appear for entrance exam like LEET. You need to decide on the university where you would like to pursue the course. Check out what the admission criteria is and apply accordingly.

Like any engineering course you need to be 12th pass out. Even Technical Diploma holders are eligible provided they have pursued it from recognised institutes. Rajasthan University is reputed institute. So you are eligible for the course. You must go in for the lateral entry scheme. This option is available for Diploma holders where they can join the second year of engineering. Start preparing early for the entrance exams. Refer to previous year papers to know the type of questions asked. Make sure to be well prepared as the seats for this category is limited. In some institutes you will also need to face the interview round.

The minimum requirement is to take admission in audio engineering is +2.and as you have diploma in engineering,so it is equivalent to +2,so i hope you will not face any problem.To become a successful audio engineer, one should be well trained in any degree or diploma courses in audiography, sound recording, sound engineering and audio engineering.More over the practical training will make the person good at audio engineering. following are the institutes which provides audio engineering-

you ca also go for other but you will feel tough to study.....

yes diploma holder can apply for audio engineering.if you are passed in diploma you don't need 12th.
you can directly go for 2nd year course.you require same university .like if you are complete diploma in mumbai then you can apply degree for mumbai university.

You can take direct admission in B.Tech secondd year.You will have to give the Lateral Entry Test(LEET) to take direct admission in B.Tech second year.

You must have:
atleast 60% marks in diploma

You should not have any backlog pending in diploma,if there is any , you will have to clear it first.

For changing your branch in B.Tech you will have to fill the TRade CHnage form for changing your branch

Dear Friend,
We are sorry but you are not eligible for Audio Engineering Courses as in order to apply for Audio Engineering Courses even for Diploma you must have completed your 10+2 Board Examinations from any of the recognised Board.But,As per your Details you have not completed your 10+2 Board Examinations.

From my point of view you must go on with B.E or B.Tech Courses of Engineering in your Interesting Stream especially in Mechanical Stream or with Automobiles Except for Audio Engineering as in order to apply for such courses you must have completed anyone among Diploma Courses or 12th Board Examinations.
