Extremelly sory to say that Commerce students are not elligible to take exam for Commercial pilot.To become commercial pilot you should have physics ,chemistry and Mathamatics in your 12th class, There are many private and Government Institutions which offers this course for which they take good amount of fees also.For commercial pilot License you need to take experience of flying an aircraft for about 300hrs after that you will be elligible to go for the next step for other licence.There are many Institution now adays available for such fields.

To apply for commercial pilots,it is necessary to have either graduation degree in science stream or engineering degree in CSE,ECE or electrical branch

basic eligibility for piolet is 12th pcm ...means youshould have opted for physics,chemistry and math sin your 12th.
you can still try ..if you will to appear your 12th again.
its a one year theory course.
the financial invesment is more.

No.it is the minimum requirement to become a commercial pilot is that candidate must have passed with physics,chemistry and mathematics.to become a commercial pilot,one should have the licence of Student’s Pilot License (SPL) for which matriculation and 16 years of age is prescribed for appearing for the test. To get a Commercial Pilot License(CPL), one should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics and must be between the age of 18-30 years. The minimum height should be 5 feet and eyesight 6/6.

Commercial Pilot is getting one of the highest salary in India, Fresh pilot salary is around Rs 1.5 Lakh per moth for domestic airlines. They need to clear the entrance test exam of the flying schools in India, they also need to clear the physical fitness (Which is tough one). Only totally fit person can get opportunity to get admission in flying schools.

The cost of education is very high, it is around Rs 15- 20 lakh. Many banks can give loan up to 50%.

After completion of education, they get the licence of pilot. Airlines companies hires the successful candidates as trainee.

The salary of trainee is less. After successful completion of training periods they are posted as pilot.

Even after becoming commercial pilot, they need regular medical check up, any problem in health can cause cancellation of the licence of the pilot.

So, over all, job as a pilot is too challenging as well as very high rewarding .

To become a pilot you need to apply for NDA examination that is conducted by upsc(union public service commission) twice in an year.
Following is the eligibility criteria to become a pilot in IAF
1. Educational qualification- 10+2 with 60% in PCM from a recognised board.
2. Age- 16 1/2 to 19 years.
3. Gender- applicable for men only
4. Nationality- Indian
5. Marital status- unmarried
