    Can a commerce student go in for course in Law?

    I have given my 12th exams. I am really confused of what should I do? I am thinking of doing law. Can you provide me with the details of should I do? Also can you please explain what is CS and provide me with the details.

    LLB is a reputed profession in our society. A number of graduates and secondary pass out are attracted to this profession. It offers a good career opportunity with attractive remuneration package. There is two type of LLB course available in India, the 5 year program for the school pass out and three year program for the graduate. Both the courses will receive the same recognition in India. For to apply for the course you need to take the entrance exam like CLAT conducted by the various institutes/universities in India. A qualified students called for the final selection round constitute GD and Personal Interview. The CS, company secretary is also a good career option for the plus two pass out. There are different courses offered by different institutes under CS like Professional Development course, Executive Programme, Foundation Programme etc. You need to check with the respective institutes for further details.

    Of course, you are eligible for doing the law course. There are two kinds of LLB course. One is a degree course with 5 years, which you can apply after +2. Another LLB is there which you can pursue after the graduation in any stream that is a 3-year course. For the admission you should have score at least 40% of marks. Some Universities and institutes are conducting the entrance exams. A candidate should clear three stages for be eligible as the Company Secretary. Many institutes are offering this course. The headquarters of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India’ New Delhi is one among them which has regional offices in Kolkata and Chennai

    Yes, Of course you can go for course in Law as a commerce student.
    There are two types of LLB courses available in India.
    One course which can be joined after 10+2 and another which can be joined after graduation.
    At least you should have secure 40%.

    You will be eligible fir CS if you cleared all the tree below mentioned exams:
    Foundation Course
    Intermediate Course
    Final Course

    Yes, definitely ! Commerce students are eligible to apply for LAW. Since you have completed your 12th examination, then you are eligible to apply for 5 year LLB course and the minimum eligiblity criteria to get admission in this course is 12th, So you have to scored atleast 40% Marks in your 12th examination, if you are interested to do LLB course after 12th. And if you are interested to get admission in Top LLB schools, then for this you have to appear for CLAT entrance examination and after clear this exam, you will get good LLB colleges. So, these are some good LLB colleges - NUJS, Kolkata, Law College, Pune, NLSIU, Bangalore, National Law University, Delhi, Symbiosis Law School, Pune and Government Law College, Mumbai.

    The CS means company secretary is also like law but you have study about company law only . There are different courses offered by different institutes under CS like Professional Development course, Executive Programme, Foundation Programme etc. You could be a cs after 3 years

    Yes you are elligible to for the LLB courses,Infact you will have to study only for 3 more years to get your LLB degree because you are already a graduate.So go for it .

    Yes you can do LAW after Commerce.
    For Apply LLBCourse you have to appear for CLAT exam, Which is conducted by various institue in India.
    After quailifying exam you have to face GD and personal Interview.

    Off course , a commerce student can go for the course in law.

    LLB is one of the prestigious and reputed professions in today's era.

    There are two types of LLB courses available :-

    1.) For 10+2 pass candidates for which the duration of course is 5 years.

    2.) For graduates for which the duration of course is 3 years.

    The minimum educational qualification is 10+2 pass candidates with 40% marks.

    Both have the same value.

    YES U CAN SURELY OPT FOR LLB AS PER UR INTEREST.SINCE U R A 12 PASS OUT SO U HAVE TO APPEAR FOR 5 YEAR LLB PROGRAMME.CS IS COMPANY SECRETARY & U CAN FILL UP THE FORM AFTER 12.HENCE CHOICE IS YOURS.

    definitily you can go for the course in law ,today lot of youngesters are attracted towards this course .
    LLB offers two types of course ,one is after completing 12th and another one is after graduation .if you go for LLB after 12 th then you have a 5 year course ,and if you are going after graduation then you have to study 3 more years .Now there is entrance exams to get admission in good LLB colleges

    Yes you can get into law for that you have to clear CLAT exam its a 5 year course and after that you can get into law.

    it helps you to become a advocate or lawyer..........
    or you can do B.Com or B.B.A.....from delhi or another university........
    or doing exeutive C.S. is also a better option

    there are two way for you first one is you can go for law course of five years after 10+2. second one is three years course after graduation.

    the full form of c.s is company secretary.there are 3 stages and it is a course for 3 years.

    the 3 levels are:

    the basic recquirement for your LLB is graduation from any stream from a recognised university.
    u being a commerce graduate can apply for it.
    CS is company secretary
    a company secretaty is an important professional who has the primary duty of ensuring complaince with various legislation for which he/she has to interact , integrate ,co ordinate ,co operate, with various other functional heads of company.

    For llb you must crack CLAT entrance exam,llb course has v.good scope as you can be a judge on district level,judge in navy,advocate.there are two types of llb course one is of 3yrs and another is of 5yrs course.both have a good scope,it can be done after completing 12th.cs is company secretary course which has also good options after completing it.there are different departments under cs.now you have to decide that in which field you have interest.GOOD LUCK!

    Yes,you can opt for law as you have completed your 12th.You will be eligible for 5yr LLB course.
    For 3yr LLB course,you need to complete your graduation.

    You are eligible for Company Secretary(CS) course.You need to clear the three stages i.e
    Foundation Course
    Intermediate Course
    Final Course

    Hello,
    I have actually completed my ssc with 85%, and im doing Engg. in Dip. in electronics it is of 3 yrs after that i will be doing degree in it . After that it is possible to LLB bcoz there is a vast gap in it, or otherwise i have to pass out my HSC then only i can opt for it.

    Law remains one of the popular subjetcs to be taken after 12th because of its high scope. A lawyer is provided licensed after completion of the course by the state government to engage in the practice of law and advise clients on legal matters.

    To be eligible for pursuing Law you must have passed you 12th with minimum of 55%. Subjects stream is not an option but you must have English as one of your main subject in your 12th. Apart from these in order to get admission in Law schools you must have to clear entrance exam. There are many different Law entrance exams conducted by Central and State level. Apart from the Law entrance test conduct by the government private Institutions and Universities even conduct their own entrance exam.

    There are exams like:
    • Law School Admission Test India LSAT
    • Common Law Admission Test CLAT
    • Common Entrance Test CET
    Company Secretary CS in an Institution set up by the Indian Parliament. It is not a degree course but, a professional course that provides you with a designation. A designation given to you by the Indian Parliament and accepted by all. CS deals with Companies Regularity Works. In short CS is much about Company Law. A combination of Law specialized in Corporate Law and CS will work wonder for you.
