    You haven't said that which course you want to take admission .As JNU only provides the Msc biotechnology course not the Bsc biotechnology course which means that if you want to apply for Bsc then you have to apply in other colleges but if you want to take admission in the Msc program then you can apply .

    But the entrance examination for the Msc program is already over .It was held in 20 may for the admission in the Msc biotechnology course.

    So you can not apply for this year examination if you have to apply next year.

    Eligibility::

    You must have got bachelor's degree under 10+2+3 pattern of education in Veterinary & Fishery Sciences,Physical, Pharmacy, Engineering/Technology,Biological, Agricultural,MBBS OR BDS with at least 55% marks from the recognized board .

    Those students who have passed the qualifying examinations in 2009 or there after including those who are appearing in 2011 are eligible to apply. So students who have passed the qualifying examination before 2009 are not eligible for the examination .
