    Can any student be eligible for Bank PO after completing B.Sc(IT) course from NIIT(Kuvempu University)?

    Is there any candidate pursued B.Sc(I.T) from NIIT (Kuvempu University) and has been qualified for any bank PO ....?Plz respond

    B.sc (it) is a graduation crouse. The educational qualification required to sit in any bank's po exam is a graduation degree from a government recognized university.
    In this way if your university is a government recognized one then you are very much eligible to sit in bank po exam.

    ->Yes you are eligible for the IBPS.

    ->A student who is a graduate in any field from any recognized university is eligible for the IBPS exam.

    ->The name of the exam is Common written exam conducted by IBPS.

    ->There is also negative marking of 0.25 marks for the each wrong answer.

    ->There are two types of paper one is objective and other is subjective.
    • Reasoning: 50 Questions / 50 Marks
    • Quantitative Aptitude: 50 Questions / 50 Marks
    • English: 50 Questions / 25 Marks
    • General Awareness: 50 Questions / 50 Marks
    • Computer: 50 Questions / 50 Marks
    • Descriptive Paper based on essays.letter,composition: 25 Marks

    Hey friend,

    Yeah of course a student of B.sc IT can surely apply for the Bank PO exam as the minimum education qualification is a degree from a recognized university.

    As you can see Bank PO exam is mainly conducted in may banks in preference for the post of probationary officer.This exam is being conducted in many banks around India.

    For applying for this exam the candidates would need to satisfy certain eligibility criteria's and they may include such as:

    >> Candidate should have a citizenship in India.

    >> Candidate who are from General category should have attained a age limit which is between 21-30 years.For SC/ST candidates they will get 5 years extra and for OBC they will get 3 years extra.

    >> Candidate who are willing to apply for the Bank PO exam must have finished their degree from a recognized university.

    >> Candidate who have writing their final degree exam or waiting for their results can can also apply for the exam.

    >> Candidate should have known about working in computers and must know to operate on MS Office.

    If you tend to satisfy all the above criteria's then you can apply for the Bank PO exam.

    Syllabus for the Bank PO:

    yes your eligible for bank po examination . i provide the details regarding ban po examination .

    Education Qualification Bank PO Examination :

    you should be qualified in under graduation course in any stream with 60% percentage of marks from recognized university . if you belonging from sc/st candidate then the relaxation is given for 55% percentage of marks .

    Age Limit for the Bank PO Examination :

    your age should be 21 to 30 years if your belonging from sc/st candidates for 5 years and obc and other backward candidate for 3 years .

    Extra qualification for bank po examination :

    you should be qualified in computer course ie ; ms office or tally form recognized institution , you should have good communication skill and good knowledge in accounts and management .

    Eligibility Criteria:

    •Candidate must be citizen of India.
    •Candidate should have completed their graduation with at least 60 % aggregate from the recognized University to be eligible for this course.
    •Candidate must be computer literate to be eligible for this course.
    •Candidate must be above 21 years of age and must not be more than 30 years of age.

    Selection Criteria:

    1.Tier I - Preliminary Examination : Time 2 Hours

    •Candidates have to appear in objective type examination conducted by the bank.
    •Examination will consist of:

    i.Reasoning Ability Test
    ii.Quantitative Aptitude
    iii.General Awareness/Computer Knowledge
    iv.English Language

    2.Tier II - Main Test : Time 3 Hours

    •This will be an Objective and Descriptive type examination
    •The objective type examination of 2 hours duration will consist of :

    i.Test of Reasoning
    ii.Data Analysis and Interpretation
    iii.Marketing Knowledge

    v.Test of English Language

    •The Descriptive type examination will be a test of English knowledge that has to be done in 1 hour.

    3.Tier III - Group Discussion & Interview :

    •Selected candidates from Tier I and II are called for Personal Interview and Group Discussion conducted by the respective Bank.

    Yes you are eligible to apply for IBPS Exam of P O which is given to get job in banks,which is known as common written test,for which you should satisfy some standard Eligibility criteria other than age required.

    Yes, Any graduate candidates are eligible to apply for Bank PO Recruitment examination. To apply for Bank PO Examination you have to complete your Graduate degree course in any discipline from a recognised University. You have completed your B.sc IT Course and it is Graduate degree course and after completing this course you are eligible for Bank PO Examination.

    The eligibility criteria are vary from banks to banks and after completing your Graduate degree course you are eligible for IBPS Bank PO Recruitment examination.

    IBPS Stands for Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection and it is conducts the common written examination for the post of Probationary officer. To apply for this post your age should between 20 to 30 years, upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates. Final year appearing candidates are not eligible for this examination.

    If you are Interested, then please apply for IBPS Bank PO Examination, The notification of IBPS Bank PO Examination was already Published and the Online Registration process was already started.
