Dear aspirant let me clear a 12th Arts student can do polytechnic course because it is 3 year Diploma course.

Your 12th is useless though you can get admission on the basis of your 10th standard in polytechnic course.

You are to lose 2 years of precious time you studied for 12 arts.There are many instances for to get job many

students after 12th they joind for diploma course on the strength of their 10th standard result..

So it is clear a Art student can go for polytechnic course.

10th passed student can apply for 3 year after 10th or appearing 10th.
12th year student can apply for only 2 years.
