    Which books to refer for SAIL exams (Finance)? What is the syllabus for same? Where can I get previous question papers?

    Hello,
    I want to know which book to follow for Sail exams in the field of finanace and can you tell me the detaied syaalus for the exams. where can i get previous year question paper.

    Steel Authority of India Limited is one of various Public Sector Unit companies in India which recruit various candidates of various engineering branches from various colleges.
    Some of the public sector companies recruit candidates on the basis of GATE score and some companies recruit candidates on the basis of their own entrance exams.

    Eligibility Criteria for SAIL exam:-

    1. You should be an Indian citizen.

    2. You should have completed B.Tech in any one of the following streams from a recognized university:-
    a)- Mechanical Engineering
    b)- Electrical Engineering
    c)- Civil Engineering
    d)- Electronics and Communication Engineering
    e)- Chemical Engineering
    f)- Electrical and Electronics Engineering
    g)- Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.

    3. You should have minimum 60% marks in B.Tech.

    4. You should not have any pending backlog at the time when you are applying for the exam.

    5. The age limits for general category candidates is 21 to 30 years.

    6. There is 3 years age relaxation for OBC candidates.

    7. There is 5 years age relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

    General Awareness & Logical Reasoning.
    English Language and Comprehension.

    PAPER II:

    Differential equations.
    Complex Variables.
    Probability and Statistics.
    Numerical Methods.
    Linear Algebra and Calculas.

    PAPER III(Technical):

    Theory of Machines and Design.
    Thermal Engineering.
    Metal casting.
    Applied Mechanics.
    Metal Forming.
    Metal Joining Process.
    Machine and Machine Tools Operations.
    Tool Engineering.
    Meterology and Inspections.
    Computer Integrated Manufacturing.
    Polymers and Composites.
    Powder Mettallurgy.
