    Bharati Vidyapeeth University Ph.D in Chemistry Entrance Exam

    Bharati Vidyapeeth University Ph.D in Chemistry Entrance Exam is conducted for selecting candidates for PhD course. Only those candidates who qualify in this entrance examination will be given admission for PhD course. The marks they obtain in entrance examination will be the basis for selection for this course.

    Structure and Pattern of Bharati Vidyapeeth University Ph.D in Chemistry Entrance Exam

    A total time frame of 3 hours is given for attempting the questions in the entrance examination. The exam will include multiple choice questions. The questions will mainly cover the subject areas which they have learned during post graduate studies. The total number of questions included in the entrance examination is 10. Each question will carry 10 marks which will make a total score of 100 marks in entrance examination.

    Eligibility criteria of Bharati Vidyapeeth University Ph.D Chemistry Entrance Exam

    The qualification essential to attend PhD Chemistry entrance examination is a Post in Chemistry. The candidates who have secured Post graduation in any other allied subject areas are also eligible to attend this exam. The candidates should score at least 55% marks in written examination. Those candidates who belong to reserved categories are eligible for relaxation in case of percentage of marks. Those candidates with work experience in this field will be given higher preference and can attend the entrance exam. But in such cases, it is mandatory to submit a No Objection certificate from the concerned authorities.

    Eligibility Criteria

    The basic qualification for the candidates to opt for the PhD course is a post graduation degree in the same discipline. The candidates should have secured the post graduation degree in the subject area of chemistry or any other allied subjects. The candidates should have secured the post graduation from a recognized university. The candidates should also have secured around 55% of marks in the post graduation level. If the candidates belong to the reserved categories, they are eligible for relaxations. The candidates who belong to the SC/ST category should score only 50% of marks in the post graduation level. If the candidates are having working experience they are also eligible to apply. The candidates should have experience in research laboratories which are of national importance. But in such cases, it is mandatory from the part of the candidates to obtain the No Objection certificate from the employer.
